Create an account - quick & easy!

1. Download the ‘Well NZ’ app on the App Store or Google Play

2. Select ‘Create Account’ and enter the invite code ‘TKINGS’

3. Enter your details

While Well is best experienced on the app, it can also be accessed via the online patient portal. Use the above code to create an account online.

Once registered, you can use the same account to access the Well app and online portal.

Well makes looking after your health simple. You can:

• Book & manage appointments

• Request repeat prescriptions

• Check lab results & immunisation record

• Access your health information

• Receive notifications & appointment reminders from the app

• Passcode, touch/facial recognition enabled - no more forgetting your username & password!
