Our Services

Consultations are by appointment only. Our standard consultation time is 15 minutes. If you have multiple issues or anticipate you may need more time with the doctor, please book a double appointment out of courtesy for the next patient.

Please ask the staff if you have any questions about our services.

Enrolled Patient Fees

Age Standard Consult ACC Consult CSC Holders ACC CSC Holders
13 and under FREE FREE FREE FREE
14 - 17 $59.00 $49.00 $13.00 $13.00
18 - 24 $60.00 $55.00 $19.50 $19.50
25 - 64 $60.00 $55.00 $19.50 $19.50
over 65 $58.00 $53.00 $19.50 $19.50

For your first visit with us as a new enrolled patient, we book a 30 minute appointment with a new patient charge of $100, or $39 if you have a community services card (CSC). While we spend 30 minutes with you, our doctors will spend more time outside of that to review your medical records and medications, our nurses will set up reminders for your future immunisations and health screening, and our receptionists will ensure that the administrative work involved with enrolling you is completed. This helps us provide you and your family with the best possible care now and in the future.

The fees listed above are a guide and are for standard 15 minute consultations. Multiple issues usually take longer and will be charged accordingly as a “double appointment”. Additional services incur additional charges such as driver’s medicals (double appointment), or medical work done outside a full consultation such as referrals/medical letters/phone calls/email replies ($25).

Non-enrolled (casual) patients $120.00

Patients not eligible for NZ government subsidised care $180.00

Nursing services vary based on the service provided: consultation (standard fee as above), injection ($15), ECG ($45), liquid nitrogen ($20), ear syringe ($35), suture removal ($25), dressing ($20-$50), blood test ($10) etc.

Please cancel your appointment if you cannot attend. We understand that life gets busy! Unfortunately, unattended appointments take up a much needed appointment slot for other patients. If you haven’t given the clinic at least 1 hour notice beforehand, a did-not-attend charge (standard consultation fee) will be added to your account.

Payment is kindly expected on the day of service. Unpaid accounts will incur a monthly $10 administration fee.

If you are struggling financially, please discuss this with us. We do not want you to miss out on medical care if this is the case. We will find a way to access funding, complete WINZ forms, or set up a payment plan, etc.

Please ask the staff if you have any questions about the charges for your visit.

Repeat Prescription Fees

Prescription Cost
Age 13 and under FREE
Age 14+ $25.00
Age 14+ with CSC $19.50

Please order repeat prescriptions via the Well app or the patient portal.

Repeat prescriptions for some regular medications may be obtained without seeing your doctor for a medical checkup. Repeat prescriptions may be declined if you have not seen your doctor at least once in the previous 6 months as this is best medical practice.

Requests may take up to 24 hours. We endeavour to do it earlier, however each request does take time to review your medical history, blood tests, clinic letters from other specialists, and to remind you of overdue medical tests or vaccinations.

Prescriptions requested after 3pm Friday through the weekend will be ready by Monday afternoon.

Please indicate if you need a script urgently. This incurs an extra $10 charge.

You will receive an email or notification in your Well app when your prescription has been sent to your chosen pharmacy. Likewise, if you prescription cannot be actioned for medication safety reasons, you will also be notified.
